On this the 10th day of Idarch, A. D. 1941, came on to be examined aml audited by the
Court the report of Bob Bennett, Justice of the Peace of Precinct No, 1 of Kerr County, Texas,
for the month of February, 1941, of Criminal Fees filed, fines, judgment and jury fees
collected showing the sum of $196.75 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer,
entitling him to, according to said report, a fee of X42.00, and it appearing to the Court
that said report is correct, same be and is hereby approved, and the County Clerk and County
Treasurer are therefore authorized and directed to pay unto Justice Bennett the said sum of
$42.00 as follows: =7.65 out of Road and Bridge Fund and $34.35 out of the General Fund.
