This lmth day of March, 1941, it appearing to the Court that it will be to Lhe best
interest to the ranchmen, farmers and bus ins es people of %err County that the fo xea be
exterminated in %err County oa account of depredat Ions by such fozee on the young lambs
and kids and on poultry and especially on wilfl turkeys and other game birds.
It is therefore ordered and decreed by the Court that %err County shall pay out of
its General Fund a bounty of fifty Dents (50˘) on each anfl every Poz killed within the
County between this date end tintll:. tpa]further order of this Court. Such bounty to be paid t
the person killing such foe or foxes upon his eff idav it showing on whose ranch in Kerr County
end on what date or dates, same were killed, supplemented with a statement signed by the
owner, tenant or manager of ranch where same were killed, verifying the fact that same were
actually killed on the ranoh mentioned in sold affidavit and on the date or dates therein
specified. All such claims for bounty shall be presented to nad filed by the County Clerk
