This lmth day oP March, 1941, St appearing to the Court that it will be to the best
interest to the ranchmen, farmer s,~and bus ins ea people of Kerr County that the Poxes be
eatermihated in Kerr County oa~eceount of depredations by such fozes on the young lambs
and kids and on poultry and aspac ially on wild turkeys end other game birds.
It is therefore ordered and decreed by the Court that Kerr County shall pay out of
its Ce neral Fund a bounty of fifty cents (50~) on each and every foz killed within the
County between this date and tintll:.~t~e?fu;ther order of this Court. Such bounty to be paifl t~
the per eon killing such fox or Poxes upon hie affidavit showing on whose ranch in Kerr County
end on whet date or dates, same were killed, supplemented with a statement signed by the
owner, tenant or manager of ranch where same were killed, verifying the fact that same were
actually killed on the ranch mentioned in said affidavit and on the date or dates therein
specif le d. All such claims for bounty shall be presented to and filed by the County Clerk
