This lmth day of March, 1941, it appearing to the Court that 1t will be to the best
interest to the ranchmen, farmer e.^and bus ine ea people of Kerr County that the foxes be
exterminated in Kerr County on account of depredations by such fosse on the young lambs
and kids and on poultry and eapec ielly on wild turkeys and other game birds.
It is therefore ordered and decreed by the Court that 8err County shall pay nut of
ate Ce neral Fund a bounty of fifty oents (50~) on each and every foz killed within the
