interest to the ranchmen, farmers.-and bun ins as people of Rerr County that the to xes be
eaterminated in Rerr County on account of depredations by such Pozen on the young lambs
and klda end on poultry and especially on wild turkeys end other game birds.
It is therefore ordered and decreed by the Court that Rerr County shall pay out of
its Caner el Fund a bounty oP fifty seats (50~) on each end every foes killed within the
County between this date and tintilctpe7fu;ther order of this Court. Such bounty to be paid t
the person killing such for or foxes upon hie affidavit showing on whose ranch in Rerr County
and on what date or dates, same were killed, supplemented with a statement signed by the
owner, tenant or manager of ranch where same were killed, verifying the fact that same were
actually killed on the ranch mentioned in said affidavit and on the date or dates therein
specified. All such clfl ims for bounty shall be presented to and filed by the County Clerk
