#1500.00 be paid to B. F. Merritt for the purchase of the Right of Way for Highway No. 39,
being 3.636 aorsa out of Survey No. 1228, T. T. R. R. Co., said aoreage to be used for said
Right of Way for Highway No. 39 is Kerr County, Tezas, and that the County Clerk is hereby
authorized to issue vouohor 1br said sum drawn on the County Treasurer of Kerr County, Tezae,
for said sum of #1500.00 against R. & B. Fund No. 4, and that said B. F. Merritt ezeoute pro-
per deed for said aoreage above mentioned to the Stets of Teaaa quit claiming all rights sad
interest in and to said acreage.
