N0. 2422. LOAN AND TRANSFER OF #2000.00 BY PRBCIlPCT.NO. 3 to PRECINCT N0. 4.
This 16th dny of April, 1941, under and by virtue of agreement made between Camaiablons
Wm. Kargsr and w. H. Farr in open Court, it ie ordered. by the Court that the Covnty Clark
tranefor the sum of (2,000.00 from Road Dietriat No. 3 Available Fund to the Road and Bridge
Fund of Preainat No. 4, name raprepating a loan made for the purpose of tulplag said Preoin
No. 4 in purchasing a No. 112 Caterpillar Diesel Tandem Drive Motor 6rador from the Wm. K.
Holt Machinery Company. Said loan to ,bear interest, at the rate of 3~9i per annum, interest
payable eaah year when the prinnlpal of said loan falls due. Tha prinoipal of said loan is
due and payable is two equal annual installments of X1000.00 each, the first installment boil
due and payable at the April Term, 1942 and the aeoond sad last Saatallment being dw and
payable at the April Toren, 1943, of this Court respeotively. And the County Treasurer of Key
County be and he is haroby authorized and direotad by the Court to transfer the sum of #2,001
from the Road Dietriot No. 3 Available Fund to Road and Hridga Fuad of Preoinat No. 4, and tl
County Clerk shall oharge said R. D. No. 3 Available Fund with sold :2,000.00 so transferred
on the books of hie offiae.

warrant on the County Treasurer for tho sum of 33005,00 to be paid out of R. k B. No. 4 Fund

No. 4 from Wm. K. Holt Machinery Company, and that the balance of 32400.00 is to bs paid Sa
