Thi• 16th day of April, 1941, under end by virtue of agreement made between Ce~iabioae,
wm. %arger and w. R. Furr in open Court, it is ordered by the Cqurt that the County Clark
transfer the sum of X2,000.00 from Road Diatriot No. 3 Available Fund to the Road and Bridge
Fund of Preoinot No. 4, same reprapnting a loan made for the purpose of helping said Preoin
No. 4 is purchasing a No. 112 Caterpillar D1}eel Tandem Drive Motor Grader from the wm. %.
Holt Machinery Company. Said loan to bear interest at the rate of 3~~ per annum, interest
payable eaoh year whoa the prinelpa~ of said loan falls due. The principal of saifl loan is
due and payable in fro equal annual installments of X1000.00 eaoh, the first installment bet
due and payable at the April Term, 1942 and the second and last installment being due and
payable at the April Torm, 1943, of this Court reapootively. And the County Treasurer of %e.
