N0. 2422. LOAN AND TRANSFER OF #2000.00 BY PRECINCT NO. 3 to PRECINCT N0. 4.
This 16th dey of April, 1941, under and by virtue of agreement made between Co~miebione
Wm. Karger and W. H. Farr in open Court, it ie ordered by the Court that the County Clerk
transfer the sum of ;2,000.00 from Road District No. 3 Available Fund to the Road sad Bridge
Fund of Preoiaat No. 4, same representlag a loan made for the purpose of helping said Yreoin
No. 4 in purahaeing s No. 112 Caterpillar Diesel Tandem Drive Yotor Grader prom the Wm. K.
Rolt Haohinery Company. Said loan to,bear interest at the rate of 396 per annum, interest
payable ea oh year when the prinoipa~ of said loan falls due. Tho principal of said loan ie
due sad payable is two equal annual installments of $1000.00 each, the first installment bei
due sad payable at the April Toren, 1942 sad the second and last installment being due and
payable at the Apr11 Term, 1943, of this Court reapaotively. And the County Treasurer of Ker
Couatp be and he is hereby authorized and directed by the Court to transfer the sum of $2,000
from the Road Diatriat No. 3 Available Fund to Road and 8ridgo Fund of Precinct No. 4, sad th
County Clerk shall charge said R. D. No. 3 Available Fund with said $2,000.00 ao transferred
on the books of hie office.

No. 4 from Wm. K. Holt 14nhinery Company, and that the ba]eaos of #2400.00 is to bs paid is

N0. 2424. CONTINUATION OF EHPLOYHENT OF COUNTY CASE WORSER FOR ONE YEAR.
Oa this 16th day of April, A. D. 1941, Dame an to be considered by the Court the Continu
tion of the employment of Hrs. Pearl Grease, ae County Caae Worker oa Eal2 time basis as
recommended Dy the County of Karr, and it appearing to the Court that iL ie to the best
interest of the tez-payers end the County is Oeaeral that the services of said cane worker be
continued ;or one year, from Apr11 Sat, 1941; to April let, 1942, provided the City of Kerr-
ville, will contribute ea much as 4'750.Oj~ towards the szpanas and operation of the relief
offlne sad salary of said County Casa worker.
Aoaordingly, it is hereby ordered by the Court that the relief offio• ata$err County,
with Hra. Pearl 6ranea, as County Case Worker be operated for one year, from the 1st day of
April, 1941, to the 1st dey of April, 1942, at the ezpense of Kerr County on the same bash
ae same is now operated, with the ezoeptioa that if the City of Kerrville does not pertioipat
in the ezpenditnrse of the operation of said Relief Office in the sum of ;750.00 as above
stated thin order to be null anal wid, otherwise that said Caee Worker is employed at full
time.
