On this the 18th day of April, 1941, the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texea,
vaned in regular session, at a regular term of said-Court, allmembera of said Court being
present, namely:

the following proceedings, among others, were had, towit:
The County judge submitted an order authorizing the iasuame of X20,000 KERR COUNTY AIR
PORT HONDS, and levying a tea in payment thereof. Commissioner Heard moved that said order b
passed; Motion seoonded by Commissioner Eokste in. Thereupon, a vote being taken, said order
was passed by the following vote: Commissioners Eakatein, Beard, Kargar and Furr voting pye;
None voting No. The Judge then announoed said order passed as Yellows:
WHEREAS, the Commissioner e' Court of Aerr County, Teaas, by an order duly end legally
passed, ordered an election to be held throughout said County on the 5th day oP April, 1941,
for the purpose of determining whether or not the Commissioners' Court shall be authorized to
issue bonds of said County in the amount of $20,000, for the purpose of purcheain g, improving
and e9uipping land for an Air port in and for Aerr County; and whether said Court shall be
authorized to levy a tsa sufficient to pay the interest on~said bonds and the principal~thera
of at maturity; and
WHEREAS, notice of said eleotion was given by posting a aubetantial copy of said electioi
order in each of the eleotion preaiacta of Kerr County, and at the Courthouse door, not less
than four to an days prior to said election; and by publ iaat ion of said notiae on the same day
in each of two sucoessive weeks in a newspaper of general oirc.ulation published in said Count;
Lhe date of the first publloation being not less than fourteen dags prior to the date set for
holding said election; and
WHEREAS, said election was duly and legally held on said 5th day oY April, 1941, and the
result of said election was duly certified and returned to this Court by the Judges end clerk
thereof; and
WHEREAS, on the 16th day of April, 1941, this Court considered the several returns end
oanvassed the same, and found that there were cast at said eleotion, on said proposition, 578
vo tea, of wh ioh number 374 votes were cast ^FOR THE LSSUANCE OF AIR PORT BONDS AND THE LEVYINI
OF TBE TAX ffi PAYMENT THEREOF" and 202 votes were oast "AGAINST THE ISSUANCE OF AIR PORT BOND!
AND THE LEVYING OF THE TAX IId PAYMENT THEREOF"; and this Court, thereupon, by order duly
entered, deolared that the proposltioa eo submitted was sµstainefl by a gaJority of the quali-
fied resident property tsapaying voters, who own taxable property in said County, end who hav
duly rendered the same for tazetion, voting at Bald eleotion; and
WHEREAS, this Court has ezamimd into and investigated the regularity of the pxroceedings
for said eleation and finds that same wsa duly and legally held; that the notice required by
law wsa duly and legally given; !nd that said eleation wss oonducted in strict oonformity wit
all the requirements of law; THEREFORE
BE IT ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED HY THE COMMISSIONERS' COURT OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS:
