D. 1441, Dame on to be heard the applioation of Henry Eakatoin, Commissioner of Preoinet No. 1, to purahaee 1 Allis-Chalmers Model^^W" Speed Patrol with 10 foot moldboard and electrio equipment complete for the eum of p175S.00 lees 2$ discount for Dash, and it appearing to the court that the said Preoinet No. 1 of Kerr County, Tease, is in need of same, and Bald application having been duly heard and ooneidered the same is hereby granted. It is therefore ordered, ad~ud gad and deoreed~by the Court that the said Henry Eokatein purohase the said above mentioned Ail is-Chalmers Model "W" Sped Patrol with 10 foot moldboard and eleatrio equipment oomplete for said purchase prioe of X1722.84, being the prioe for which same is obtainable after dedunting the said 2~ discount for Dash from #1758,00, and the County Clerk of Kerr County ie hereby authorized to issue warrant on the County Treasurer of Kerr County for the said sum of =1722.84 to be paid out of R. & H.
