D. 1941, came on to be heard tho applioation of Henry Eckstein, Commissioner oP Prealnat No. 1, to purohase 1 Allis-Chalmsra Model"^'W^ Speed Patrol with 10 foot moldboard and e]e atr io equlpme at oomple to Por the sum of ~175B.00 less Z'C discount for cash, and it appearing to the court that the said Preolnot No. 1 of Kerr County, Texas, ie 1n neod of same, and said applioetion having been duly heard and considered the same Se hereby granted. It ie therefore ordered, ad~ud gad and deareed~by the Court that the said Henry Eokatein purchase the said above mentioned Allis-Chalmers Modal *W^ Speed Patrol with 10 foot moldboard and eleotrio equipment oaaplete for said purchase prise of x17E 2.84, being the prioe Por which same is obtainable after deducting the said E`~ discount for sash from ;1768.00, and the County Clerk of Kerr County is hereby authorized to issue warrant on the County Treasurer of Kerr County for the said .sum of ~1722.B4 to be paid out 01 R. & B.
