TO SINKING FUND OF KERR COUNTY R. & B. IMPROVEMENT WARRANTS OF 1937.
This 12th day of May, 1941, the County Treasurer of Kerr County be end he is hereby auth-
orized and directed by the Court to transfer the sum of $2,200.00 from the Road & Bridge Fund
of Precinct No. 1 to Sinking Fund of Kerr County Roed & Bridge Improvement Warrants of 1937,
for the purpose of taking care of the 1940 interest requirement on said $44,000.00 R. & B.
Improvement Warrant Issue of 1937. And the County Clerk shall charge said R. & B. ~1 Fund wit
said $2,200.00 so transferred on the books of his office.

collected in the County Court of Kerr County, for quarter ending April 30th, 1941, and it
appearing to the Court after careful audit of said report that same is correct, and said repot
is approved by the Court accordingly.

of E. H. Nichols, Assessor end Collector of Taxes for Kerr County, for an Advance by Kerr Coun
of $550.00 on his 1941 County Tax Assessor's Commissions, and it appearing to the Court that
he is entitled to such advance, his application be and is hereby granted, end the County Clerk
is hereby authorized and directed to pay such advance unto Assessor Nichols as follows: $350.
out of the Kerr County 'Fide Roed Bonds oP 1931 Slaking Fund and $200.00 out of the Court House
and Tail Sinking Fund.
