This 12th day of May, 1941, the County Treasurer of Kerr County be and 1ne is hereby auth-
orized and directed by the Court to transfer the sum of $2,200.00 from the Road & Bridge Fund
of Precinct No. 1 to Sinking Fund of Kerr County Road & Bridge Improvement Warrants of 1937,
for the purpose of taking care of the 1940 interest requirement on said X44,000.00 R. & B.
Improvement Warrant Issue of 1937. And the County Clerk shall charge said R. & B. ~1 Fund wit
said 2,200.00 so transferred on the books of hie office.

of E. H. Nichols, Assessor end Collector of Taxes for Kerr County, for an Advance by Kerr Coun
of j550.00 on his 1941 County Tax Assessor's Commissions, and it appearing to the Court that
he is entitled to such advance, hie ap pllo ation be and 1s hereby gre nted, and the Caunty Clerk
is hereby authorized and directed to pay such advance unto Assessor Nichols as follows: $350,
out of the Kerr County 'ride Road Bonds of 1931 Sinking Fund and $200.00 out of the Court House
and Jail Sinking Fund.
