orized and directed by the Caurt to transfer the sum of $2,200.00 Prom the Road & Bridge Fund
of Precinct No. 1 to Sinking Fund oP Kerr County Road & Bridge Improvement Warrants of 1937,
for the purpose of taking care oP the 1940 interest requirement on said $44,000.00 R. & B.
Improvement Warrant Issue of 1937. And the County Clerk shall charge said R. & B. ~1 Fund wit
said $2,200.00 so transferred on the books of his office.

of X550.00 on his 1941 County Tax Assessor's Commissions, and it appearing to the Court that
he is entitled to suah advance, his application be and is hereby granted, and the County Clerk
is hereby authorized and directed to pay such advance unto Assessor Nichols as follows: X350.
out of the Kerr County 'Wide Roed Bonds of 1931 Sinking Fund and X200.00 out of the Court House
