This 12th day of May, 1941, the County Treasurer of Kerr County be end he is hereby auth-
orized and di rested by the Court to transfer the sum of $2,200.00 from the Road & Bridge Fund
oY Precinct No. 1 to Sinking Fund of Kerr County Road & Hridge Improvement Warrants of 1937,
for the purpose of taking care of the 1940 interest requirement on said $44,000.00 R. & B.
Improvement Warrant Issue of 2937. And the County Clerk shall charge said R. & B. ~1 Fund wit
said X2,200.00 so transferred on the books of hie office.

of $550,00 on his 1941 County Taa Assessor's Commissions, and it appearing to the Cvurt that
ha is entitled to such advance, his application be and is hereby granted, end the County Clerk
is hereby authorized and directed to pay such advance unto Assessor Nlc hole as follows: X350,
out of the Kerr County Wida Road Bonds of 1931 Sinking Fund and200.00 out of the Court House
and Tail Sinking Fund.
