On this the 13th day of May, A. D. 1941, it was ordered by the Court that the sum of
$250.00 be paid to M. Edelstein for the pur ohase of the Right of 'Nay for Highway No. 39, bean
3.827 sores out of Survey No. 1228, T. T. R. R. Co., and 3.3 acres out of Survey No. 1897,
in the name of J. C. Baker, making a total aoreage of 7.127, said aoreage to be used for said
Right of Way for Highway No. 39 in Kerr County, Teaas, and that the County Clerk is hereby
authorized to issue voucher Por said sum drawn on the County Treasurer of Eerr County, Texas,
for se ld sum oP $250.00 ega lnst R. & B. Fund No. 4, and that said M. Edelstein execute proper
deed of convayflnoe Por said acreage above mentioned to the State of Texas quit of aiming all
rights, title and in tereat in and to said acreage.

Judge, Tohn S. Atkins, for leave of ab lance from the State of Tezas for a period of two weeks
for reason of bust Wass matte r•s which require his personal attention, end that said business
matters can be attended to in said two weeks leave of absence. pnd it appearing to the Court
that said eppl ice lion is well taken and should be granted. It Ss therefore ordered, edfud gad
and decreed by the Commis sio Wars' Court of Kerr County, Texas, that the application of County
Judge, John S. Atkins, be and the same is hereby granted end that said John S. Atkins, County
Judge, shall have two weeks leave of absence from the State of Texas for business matters
which require his personal attention.
