250.00 be paid to M. Edelstein for the purchase of the Right of Way for Highway No. 39, be iry
3.527 sores out of Survey No. 1228, T. T. R. R. Co „ and 3.3 acres out of Survey No. 1897,
in the name of J. C. Baker, making fl total acreage of 7.127, said soreaga to be used Yor said
Right of Way for Highway No. 39 in Kerr County, Texas, end that the County Clerk is hereby
authori2ed to issue voucher for said sum drawn on the County Treasurer of Rerr County, Texas,
Par said sum of 250.00 against R. & H. Fund No. 4, and that said M. Edelstein execute proper
dead of oonveyflnce for said floreage above mentioned to the Ste to of Texas quit claiming e71
rights, title and interest in and to said acreage.

N0. 2445. LEAVE OF ABSENCE GRANTED COUNTY NDGE TO LEAVE THE STATE OF TExAS.
On this the 13th day of May, A. D. 1941, o ame on to be heard the application of County
Judge, Sohn S. Atkins, for leave of absence from the State of Texas for a period of two weeks
for reason of buslness matters whlch require his personal attention, and that said business
matters can be attended to in said two weeks leave of absence. And it appearing to the Court
that said appl ice lion is well taken and should be granted. It is therefore ordered, ad~ud gad
and decreed by the Commis sio nets' Court of Kerr County, Texas, that the application of County
Judge, Sohn S. Atkins, be and the same is hereby granted and that said John 5. Atkins, County
Judge, shall have two weeks leave of absenoe from the State of Texas for business matters
which require his personal attention.
