On this the 13th day of May, A. D. 1941, it was ordered by the Court that the sum oP
250.00 be paid to M. Edelstein for the purchase of the Right of Wag for Highway No. 39, beini
3.827 earea out of Survey No. 1228, T. T. R. R. Co., and 3.3 acres out of Survey No. 1897,
in the name of J. C. Baker, making a total aoreage of 7.127, said aoreage to be used for said
Right of Way for Highway No. 39 in Kerr County, Tease, end that the County Clerk is hereby
authorized to issue voucher for said sum drawn on the County Treasurer of Kerr County, Texas,
Ear said sum of 250.00 age lnst R. & H. Fund No. 4, and that said M. Edelstein execute proper
dead of conveyance for said aoreage above mentioned to the State of Texas quit claiming all
rights, title and in tercet in and to said acreage.

N0. 2445. LEAVE OF ABSENCE GRANTED COUNTY JUDGE TO LEAVE THE STATE OF TEXAS.
On this the 13th day of A4e y, A. D. 1941, name on to be heard the application of County
Judge, Sohn S. Atkins, for leave of absence from the State of Tease for a period of two weeks
for reason of business matters which require his personal attention, and that said businesa
matters can be attended to in said Lwo weeks leave of absence. And it appearing to the Court
that said application is well taken and should be granted. It is therefore ordered, ad~ud gad
and decreed by the Commis sio ner s' Court of Kerr County, Texaa, that the application of County
Judge, Sohn S. Atkins, be and the same is hereby granted and that said John S. Atkins, County
Judge, shall have two weeks leave of absence from the State of Taxes for business matters
which require his personal attention.
