was begun and holden a Regular Term oP the Commissioners' Court oP Kerr County, Taxes, at the
Court House the reoP, in the City of Kerrville, Texas, officers present:

the last term of the Court, all of which claims and eaeounta ware approved by the Court for
payment by the County Clerk in amounts and out oY respective funds as shown by the Minutes of
Accounts allowed for $err County, Texas, which are made a part of this order.

This the 11th day of Augr, A. D. 1941, came on to be examined and audited by the Court
the report of Bob Bennett, Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. 1 oP Kerr County, Te ae a, Por
the month of July, 1941, of Criminal Fees filed, Pines, ,judgment end ,jury Pees collected show
ing'the cum of ;61.60 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to,
according to said report, a fee of j48.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report is
correct, same be and is hereby approved, a~ the County Clerk and County Treasurer ere there-
fore authorized and directed to pay unto Justice Bennett the said sum of X48.00 as follows;
X40.00 out of the General Fund and j8.00 out of the Road and Brid ~e Fund.
