This the lath day of Aug y, A. D. 1941, came on to be examined and audited by the Court
the report oP Bob Bennett, Justice of the Peace oP Precinct No. 1 of %err County, Texas, for
the month of July, 1941, of Criminal Fees filed, Pines, judgment end jury fees collected show
ing'the sum oP ;61.60 colleoted and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to,
according to said report, a Yee of X48.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report is
correct, same be and is hereby approved, and the County Clerk and County Treasurer are there-
fore authorized and directed to pay unto Justice Bennett the said sum of X48.00 as follows:
