attar of the uses to be made of the balance of j5040.01 now ored ited to the Lateral Road Fund
aooount of Kerr County, Texas, with the HoerB of County and Diatriat Road Indebtedness, Aust ln,
Texas. Said sum representing the amount allocated to the Lateral Road Fund eo count of $err
County, Texas, as provided under Subsection H, of Sectlon 6 of H. H. No. 688, 46th Legislature,
