It is Further ordered, adjudged and decreed that the Board of County and District Road
Indebtedness be notified in writing, of its election to make such use of said money, and that
said Board of County and District Road Indebtedness be requested to remit said amount of
$5040.01 to the County Treasurer of Kerr County, Texas, to be used and expended in accordance
with this order.

post proper notice at the Court House door and insert news-items in this weeks' issues of
local newspapers, to the effedt that the publio hearin8 will be held on the proposed 1942
County Budget at the Court House in Kerrville, Texas, at 2 o'clook P. M., Haturday, August
16th, 1941, which is the time and place hereby set for said public hearing on the proposed
1942 County Budget by the Court.

County for quarter ending July 31st, 1941, and it appearing to the Court after careful and
thorough examination and inspection of said report together with the cancelled warrants, check
bonds and coupons accompanying same, that said report is true and correct, in every respect,

This 12th day of August, 1941, came on to be considered the application of Mrs. Ida
Ingenhuett for the payment unto her by Kerr County of the unpaid rent now owing by the County
on Moore & Saner Lumber Company building, for period from July 17th, 1940 to July 17th, 1941,
amounting to $180.00, and it appearing to the Court that said rental claim is just and correo
and wholly unpaid.
Said app;ioation be and is hereby granted as prayed for and the County Clerk shall issue
and deliver unto Mr. G. C. MoCoy, Agent for Mra. Ingenhuett, proper warrant on the County
Treasurer against the General Fund for sum of $180.00 in payment of said claim.
