local newspapers, to the eiiedt that the public hearing will be held on the proposed 1942
County Budget at the Court House in Kerrville, Teaas, at 2 o'clock P. M., 8aturflay, August
16th, 1941, which is the time and place hereby set for said public hearing on the proposed
1942 County Budget by the Court.

appearing to the Court after careful audit of said report that same is correct, and said repot

This 12th day oY August, A. D. 1941, came on to be easmined and audited by the Court the
quarterly report of E. Cold, County Treasurer, covering the receipts and disbursements of Kerr
County for quarter ending duly 31st, 1941, and it appearing to the Court after careful and
thorough examination and inspection of said report together with the cancelled warrants, check ,
bonds and coupons accompanying same, that said report is true and correct, in every respect,
end same be and is hereby approved in open Court, all as is shown by the Certificate of Appr
val signed by the Court and attached thereto, and Lhe County Clerk shall taco rd said report
the loose-leaf record in his office and Pile such cancelled warrants, checks, bonds and cou-
pons in his office for safe-keeping and future reference.

N0. 2487. PAYMENT OF RENT ON RELIEF OFFICE QIIARTERB FOR 12 MONTH PERIOD ENDING JULY 17TH,
This 12th day of August, 1941, came on to be considered the application of Mr a. Ida
Ingenhuett for the payment unto her by Kerr County of the unpaid rent now owing by the County
on Moors & Saner Lumber Company building, for period from July 17th, 1940 to duly 17th, 1941,
amounting to $180.00, and it appearing to the Court that said rental claim is just and Correa
and wholly unpaid.
Said app;icatlon be and is hereby granted ae prayed for and the County Clerk shall issue
and deliver unto Mr. G. C. McCoy, Agent for Mrs. Ingenhuett, proper warrant on the County
Treasurer against the General Fund for sum oP $180.00 in payment of said claim.
