This 12th dny of August, A. D. 1941, came on to be eaemined and audited by the Cuurt the
quarterly report of E. Cold, County Treasurer, covering the receipts and disbursements of Kerr
County for quarter ending July 31st, 1941, and it appearing to the Court after careful and
thorough examination and inspection of said report together with the cancelled warrants, check ,
bonds and coupons accompanying same, that said report is true and correct, in every respect,
and same be and is hereby approved in open Court, all as is shown by the Certificate of Appro-
val signed by the Court and attached thereto, and the County Clerk shall record said report in
the loose-leaf record in his office and file such cancelled warrants, checks, bonds and cou-
pons in his office for safe-keeping and future reference.

Ingenhuett Por the payment unto her by Kerr County of the unpaid rent now owing by the County
on Moore & Saner Lumber Company building, for period from July 17th, 1940 to Scaly 17th, 1941,
amounting to $180.00, and it appearing to the Court that ea id rental claim is just and correct
end wholly unpaid. -
Said application be and is hereby granted as prayed for and the County Clerk shall issue
and deliver unto Mr. G. C. McCoy, Agent for Mrs. Ingenhuett, proper warrant on the County
Treasurer against the General Fund for sum of $180.00 in payment oP said claim.
