BE IT REMEMBERED, that on th.}s the 16th day of August, A. D. 1941, the Commissioners`
Court of the County of Barr, State of Teaas, convened in regular session, present and prealdinF
Tohn S. Atkins, County Judge and all members of the Court being present, came on for consldera-
lion the adoption of the County Budget as prepared by the County Judge end County Clerk and
filed with the County Clerk for publio inspection. Proper notices hav ing been given on the
12th day of August, A. D. 1941, by the County Tudge by the posting of a copy of said notice
at the Court House door in the City of Kerrville, Teaas, a copy of which notice being attached
uto said budget.
No interested tax-payers appearing before the Court, after thorough eaaminat ion end con-
sideration of said County Budget by the Court, upon motion made, seconded and unanimously
adopted, said County Hudget Tor 1942 as heretofore oomplied by the County Tudge and County
