This 8th day of September, p. D. 1941, came on to be examined by the Court the monthly
expense report of Jno, R. Le avail, County Clork, for the month of August, 1941, showing an
actual and neoessary expense of $192. 83 inourred by him in the cond not of his office during
said month of A{}guat, 1941, and it appearing to the Court that said County Clerk 1s entitled
to the expenditure of all the items therein listed, said report be and is hereby approved for
its full amount by the Cu urt.
