final settlement by Kerr County of X520.10 Por hie 1941 County Tea psaessor~s Commissions,
and it appearing to the Court that he is entitled to such ,settlement, his application be and
is hereby granted, and the County Clerk is hereby author ized and directed to pay each final
settlement unto Assessor Niohola ae Pollowa: $92.12 out oP the Jury Fund, $115.15 out oY the
Road and Bridge Fund, $125.7b out of the General Fund, $110.66, out of, the %err County Wide
Road Bonds of 1931 9lnking Fund, and $76.42 out of the Court Houpa and Jail Sinking Fund.
