final settlement by Kerr County of X520.10 for his 1941 County Tea Assessor's Commissions,
and it ap peering to the Court that he is entitled to such settlement, his applioet ion be and
is hereby granted, and the County Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to pay such Pinal
settlement upto Assessor Niohola as follows: $92.12 out of the Jury Fund, X115.15 out oP the
Road and Bridge Fund, ~125.7b out oY the General Fund, =11,0.66, out of the Kerr County Wide
Road Bonds of 1931 9lnking Fund, and $76.42 out of the Court Houye and Jail Sinlaing Fund.

Bonds oP 1931 Sinking Fund and Są Yor the Road District No. 1 Sinking Fund, instead of 28~
and y~~ respaotively, sa heretofore rendered and assessed against said Punda as appears by
order No. E499 on Page 577 oY these EHinutea. It is therefore ordered by the Court that the
said E, H, Ninhole collect only the sum of 20~( Por Kerr County Wide Ro ed Bonds of 1931 Sinking
Fund and only the sum of 5g for Road Diatriat No. 1 Sinking fund of Kerr County, Tezea.
