This 13th day of October, p, D. 1941, the County Treasurer of $err County be and he is
hereby authorized and directed by the Court to transfer the sum of $5,000.00 from the gerr
County Lateral Road Fund to the following funds, to-wit: To R. k B. No. 1 Fund the sum of
$1,750.00, To R. & H. No. `L Fund the sum of $750.00, To R. &. B. No. 3 Fund the sum of $750.00
and to R. & B. No. 4 Fund the sum of $1,750,00, Por the purpohe bf future improvements on
roads in their respective precinats, and each Commissioner of the respective precincts to make
e sworn itemized ae copnt of the expenditures for wh ioh the soma herein transferred were used
end spent. And the County Clerk shall charge sa ld ge rr County Lateral Road Fund with said
$5,000.00 herein transferred to the precinats herein named on the books of hie office.

This the 13th day of October, p. D. 1941, came on to be examined and audited by the Court
the report of Bob Bennett, Justice of the Peace of Pree inat No. 1 of Xerr County, Teaas, for t
month of September, 1941, of Criminal Fees filed, Fines, Judgment and Jury Feea collected show
ing the sum oP $98.85 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling hi7p Lo,
according to said report, a fee of $80.00, sad it appearing to the Court that said report ie
correct, same be and is hereby approved, end the County Clerk and County Treasurer are there-
fore authorized and directed to pay unto Juatiae Bennett the said sum of $60.00 as follows;
