This 13th day of October, p. D. 1941, the County Treasurer of Kerr County be and he is
hereby authorized and directed by the Court to transfer the sum of $5,000.00 Prom the Kerr
County Lateral Road Fund to the following funds, to-wit: To R. & B. No. 1 Fund the sum of
$1,750.00, To R. & B. No. 2 Fund the sum of $750.00, To R. & B. No. 3 Fund the sum oP $750.00
end to R. & B. No. 4 Fund the sum of $1,750.00, Por the purpo§e of future improvements on
roads in their respeotive precincts, and each Commisa inner of the respeotive precincts to make
a sworn itemized ac coµnt of the expenditures for whioh the some herein trensf erred were used
and spent. And the County Clerk shall charge said Kerr County Lateral Road Fund with said
$5,000.00 herein traneŁerred to the precincts herein named on the books of hie office.
