hereby authorized and directed by the Court to transfer the cum of =5,000.00 Prom the Kerr
County Lateral Road Fund to the Following funds, to-wit: To R. & B. No. 1 Fund the sum of
X1,750.00, To R. & B. No.2 Fund the sum of750.00, To R. & B. No. 3 Fund the sum of $750.00
and to R. & B. No. 4 Fund the sum of X1,750.00, for the purpohe bf future impr ovementa on
roads in their respective precinats, and each Commies loner of the respeotive precincts to make
e sworn itemized account of the expenditures Por wh ioh the soma herein transferred were used
and spent. And the County Clerk shall charge said Rerr County Lateral Road Fund with said
5,000.00 herein transferred to the precincts herein named on the books of hie office.
