On this the 12th day of January, A. D. 1942, it appearing to the Court that the Permanent
School Fund oP Kerr County, Texas, hsa a surplus on hand in the sum of 5400.00 at the present
time, and it further appearing to the Court that Bald 5400.00 should be invested in same
interact bearing bonds. And it further appearing to the Court that the united States Govern-
ment at the present time is in great need of Punde end that said united States Government has
for sale United Statse Ssvlaga Bonds Defence Series G in the amounts of 5100.00, bearing
interest at the rat• of 2}~ per annum, payable semi-annually, said bonds maturing 12 ye are
after date.
