Thia 12th day of January, 1942, it is ordered and deoreed by the Court that the salary
of Tohn S. Atkins ae County Judge of Kerr County, Teaes, be and is hereby fined at the follow•
sag amount for the current year, 1942, as follows:
' Ae County Judge the sum of 51320.00 per annum. Saifl salary of 51320.00 ea eaoh County
Judge be paid unto Tudge Atkins by the County Clerk out of the Road sad Bridge Fund in equal
monthly installments of 5110.00 each, payable on or after the last day of eaoh calendar month
