Senate Bill No. 5, Chapter 465, passed at Fir at Called Session oP the 44th Legislature, pre-
soribing oompeneation oP District, County and Precinct Officers, end it appearing to the Court
that it Ss to the best interest of Kerr County and its off iaers that all of the Die tr act,
County and Precinct officers of Kerr County be oompene eted on the Pee bases for the year 1942.
It ie therefore ordered, adjudged end deoreed by the Court that all Dlatrict, County and
Precinct OPfic era of Kerr County be oompeneated for their servines during the year 1942, on
a earned Pee basis, and until otherwise determ road by this Court.
And the County Clerk ah all forward a certified oopy of this order to the Comptroller

ing amount for the current year, 1942, ae fo llowe:
' As County Tudge the sum of 31320.00 per annum. Said salary of 31320.00 ea suah County
Judge be paid into judge Atkins by the County Clerk out of the Road and Bridge Fund in equal
monthly installments of 3110.00 each, payable on or after the last day of eaoh calendar month
beginning Jenua ry 31st, 1942.
