This 12th day of January, 1942, it is ordered and deareed by the Court that the salary
of John S. Atkins as County Judge of Kerr County, Tease, be and is hereby filed at the follow-
ing amount for the current year, 1942, as follows:
As County Judge the sum of 51320.00 per annum. Said salary of 51320.00 ea each County
Judge be paid onto Judge pt lone by the County Clerk out of the Road and Bridge Fund in equal
monthly installments of 5110.00 each, payable on or after the lent day of each Dal ender month
beginning Janus rq 31st, 1942.

On thla 12th daq of January, 1942, it ie ordered by the Court that the annual salary of
the County Clerk of Kerr County be and Se hereby fixed et an aggregate sum of 51900.00 for the
current year, 1942, provided by the 1941-1942 budget, as follows:
51560.00 per annum sa Countq Clerk, 5250.00 per annum for keeping the finance ledger and
(100.00 qer annum for indexing. '
Said salary shall be paid out of the General kund in monthly inatallmenta of 51b8.33 each
payable on or after the last Bey of each calendar month, beginning January 31 et, 1942, with
proper warrants on the County Treasurer.
