This 12th day of January, A. D. 1942, it appearing to the Court that Mazine Rutledge hen
rendered satiefaotory service in the past as the County Judge's Assistant for Kerr County,
whereupon, on motion made, seconded and unanimously adopted, said Mazine Rutledge be and is
hereby re-employed for the aurrent year, 1942, sad her salary is hereby fined by the Court at
the sum of #50.00 per month. And the County Clerk be and is hereby authorized and direated ti
issue and deliver unto said Mise Rutledge on or after the last day.of each calendar month
beginning January 31 at, 1942, a warrant on the County Treasurer against the General Fund for
the eum of X50.00 covering her monthly salary.

No. 4 of Kerr County, and it appearing to theCourt that the Sheriff ie entitled to such
additional deputy allowance for the purpose. of hiring s deputy in said Preoinat No. 4.
Therefore 3ieriff A. F. Moore be and is hereby granted nn additional allowance of X360.
per annum for the current year, 1942, ae provided by the 1941-1942 County Budget, out of the
General Fund, for the purpose of hiring an native deputy in said Preainat No. 4, end same
