rendered satisfactory service in the past ea Courthouse and Jail custodian for %rr County,
whereupon, on motion made, aeoonded and unanimously adopted, said Irvin Parke be and is hereb~,
re-employed for the ourrenL year, 1942, and hie salary is hereby ~'iaed by the Court at the

rendered satisfactory service in the peat as the County Judge's Assistant for %err County,
whereupon, on motion made, Žeoonded and unanimously adopted, vaid Mnzine Rutledge be end is
hereby ra-employed for the ourrant year, 1942, and her salary Sa hereby fixed by the Court at
the sum of 350.00 per month. And the County Clerk be and 1a hereby authorized and directed t.
issue and deliver unto said Misa Rutledge on or after the last day.of eaoh calendar month
beginning January 31 at, 1942, a warrant on the County Treasurer against the Ceneral Fund for
the sum of 350.00 covering her monthly salary.
It is further ordered by the Court that the said Mias Mazine Rutledge be further re-im-
burned in the sum of 310.00 per month as Secretary to the Tire Rationing Board of %err County
during the time that she is ao employed, but whenever the Bonrd is dissolved or her services
disoontiaued than ea id 310.00 monthly salary shall also be discontinued, and said sum shall
be paid to her in addition to the above mentioned 310.00 out of the same fund.

additional deputy allowanoe for the purpose of hiring a deputy 1n said Preainot No. 4.
