rendered satiafeatory service Sn the past as Courthouse and Ja11 cuatodiea for Kerr County,
whereupon, on motion made, seconded and unanl~ualy adopted, said Irvin parka be and is here
re-employed for the current year, 1942, and hie ealnry Sa hereby fined by the Court at the
sum of $7!0.00 per month. And the County Clerk be.end is hereby authorized and directed to
issue and deliver unto said Parks on or after the 15th and lent days of each month beginning
January 15th, 1842, a warrant on the County Treasurer against the General Fund for the sum of
#36.00 covering hie semi-monthly salary.

This 12th day of January, p. D. 1942, it appearing to the Court that D9azine Rutledge hsa
rendered satisfactory service in the peat as the County Judge's Aaeistant for gerr County,
whereupon, on motion made, seconded and unanimously adopted, said Mazine Rutledge be and is
hereby re-employed for the current yenr, 1942, and her salnry ie hereby fazed by the Court et
the sum of j50.00 per month. And the County Clerk be and is hereby authorized and directed t
issue and deliver unto said Mise Rutledge on or after the last day.of each aelendar month
beginning January 31 at, 1942, a warrant on the County Treasurer against the General Fund for
the sum of =50.00 covering her monthly salary.
It is further ordered by the Court that the said Mise Mazine Rutledge be further re-im-
bursed in the sum oP #10.00 per month as Secretary to the Tire Rationing Board of &err County
during the time that she ie eo employed, but whenever the Board ie dieaolved or her aervioes
discontinued than said $10.00 monthly salary shall also be discontinued, and Bald sum shall
be paid to her in addition to the above mentioned #10.00 out of the a~e'fnnd.

This 12th day of ~nnuary, 1942, came on to De oonaidared by the 6ourt the proposition
of an additional allowance to Sheriff A. F. Moore for deputy hire in Commiaslonera' Preainot
No. 4 of Kerr County, and It appearing to the Court that the ~eriff is entitled to such
add itlonal deputy allowance for the purpose of hiring a deputy in said Preoinot No. 4.
The ref ors Sheriff A. F. Moore be end is hereby granted nn additional allowance of X380.
per annum for the current year, 1942, ae provided by the 1841-1942 County Budget, out of the
General Fund, for the purpose of hiring an active deputy in said Preoinot No. 4, and same
shall be paid by the County Treasurer direct to Deputy C. A. Rodgers or hie suocesaor in equ
monthly installments of X30.00 enoh, upon proper warrants Sasusd by the County Clerk, on or
after the last d$y of each month beginning January 31st, 1942.

of an ellowanoa to Sheriff A. F. Poore for hie office deputy, end it appearing to the Court
that the Bheriff is entitled to a deputy elloweaoe sufficient to pap hie office deputy, dur-
ing the current year, 1942.
Said Sheriff ie therefore granted an allowance of X800.00 per annum out of the General
