whereupon, on motion made, seconded and unanimously adopted, said Irvin Parke be and is hereb

issue and deliver unto said Parka on or after the 15th end last days of ench month beginning

rendered satiefaotory service in the peat ea the County Judge's Assistant Por %err County,
whereupon, on motion made, seconded and unanimously adopted, void Mazine Rutledge be and Sa
hereby re-employed for the ourrent year, 1942, and hor salary Ss hereby fi=od by the Court at
the sum of X50.00 per month. And the County Clerk be and ie hereby authorized end directed t
issue and deliver unto said M1sa Rutledge on or after the lest day.of eaoh aelendar month
beginning January 31 at, 1942, a warrant on the County Treasurer against the General Fund for
the sum of X50.00 oovering her monthly salary.
