N0. E593. COURT'S RECESS DUE TO THE DEATH OF MRS. HENRY ECSSTEIN. April 13th, 1942.
It Ss hereby ordered by the Court that the current term of the Court be reoeased over
to Thur aday, April 16th, 1942, at 10 o'clock A. M., due to the death of Mrs. Henry Eakateln,
wife of Commie siozar Renry Eokatein oP Praoinot No. 1, and for the purpo sa of paying tribute
and reapeot to the deoeased and also to Commissioner Eakatain Sn his bereaved hour due to
suoh misfortune, and for the purpose of transacting the remai ning business before the Court
at this term.

N0. 2596. APPORTIONMENT OF X35,000.00 OF THE GEI~RAL ROAD & BRIDGE FDND OF KERR COUNTY.

$35,000.00 of the unapporti oned Road and Bridge Funds of Kerr County, be hereby apportioned
