N0. 2593. COURT'S RECESS DUE TO THE DEATH OF MRS. HENRY ECSSTEIN. April 13th, 1942.
It is hereby ordered by the Court that the current term of the Court be reneased over
to Thursday, April 16th, 1942, at 10 O'olook A. M., due to the death of Mra. Henry Ec katein,
wifo of Commie sioner Henry Eokate in of Pracinot No. 1, and for the purpo ae of paying tribute
and reapeot to the deceased and also to Commissioner Eakateln in his bereaved hour due to
such misfortune, and for the purpose of transacting the ramei ning business before the Court
at this term.
