Heffernan, end 20 others, for the purpose of hari[g ttie. Voting Place in Eleotion..Preoinet No. 1
changed from the Lowrance School House to the Mid-Way Store in the same precinct, for the
oonvenianoe of the qualified w tars in said Precinct No. 10. And it appearing to the Court
that said change would be~'~sdvantageous to the qualified voters of said precinct. It is
therefore ordered by thd'COV~t' that hereafter from this date on all the elections to be held
in Bald Election Precinct No. 10 shall be held at the Mid-Way Store Sn said Precinct No. 10,
but that the boundaries of said Election Precinct No. 10 shell in no wise be changed or
altered, that the same shell remaln sa it is now recorded 1n the office of the County Clerk
of Eerr County, Texas.
