On this the 16th day of April, A. D. 1942, it is ordered by the Court that the County
of Kerr re-imburse the City of .Kerrville in the sum of $1510.60 to be paid out of the Kerr
County Airport Available Fund in payment of the Goss Land wdiioh was noquired by the City Por
the proposed Municipal Airport, which the said City of Kerrville paid out of their fund a.
It is further ordered by the Court that-the County Clerk of Kerr County issue voucher drawn
on the County Treasurer of Kerr County for said sum of X1510.60 to be paid out of the said
Kerr County Airport Available Fund payable to the City of Korrville Por reimbursement of
funds vdii ch the said City paid out oP their funds to Medora Coss and her heirs and E. S.

On this the 16th day of April, A. D. 1942, came on to be heard the petition of Ivy R.
Heffernan, and 20 others, for the purpose of hwiigtti4 Voting Place in El eation..Preoinet No. 1
changed from the Lowrance School House to the Mid-WayStore in the same precinct, for the
convenience of the qualified voters in said Precinct No. 10. And it appearing to the Court
that said change would ba~~advantageous to the qualified voters of sgid Precinct. It is
therefore ordered by thb'COt~'t' that hereafter from this date on all the elections to be held
in said Election Precinct No. 10 shall be held at the Mid-Way Store 1n said Precinct No. 10,
but that the boundaries of said Election Precinct No. 10 shall 1n no wise be changed or
altored, that the same shall remain ae it is now recorded in the office of the County Clerk
of Kerr County, Texas. -
