On this the 16th day of April, A. D. 1942, it is ordered by the Court that the County
of Kerr re-imburae the City of .Kerrville in the sum of =1510.80 to be paid out of the Kerr
County Airport Available Fund in payment of the Goes Land which wee acquired by the City for
the proposed Municipal Airport, which the said City of Kerrville paid out of their funds.
It is further ordered by the Court that-'ttte County Clerk of Kerr County issue voucher drawn
on the County Treasurer of Kerr County for said sum of #1510.60 to be paid out of the said
Kerr County Airport Available Fund payable to the City of Kerrville for reimbursement of
funds which the said City paid out of their funds to Me dote Coas and her heirs and E. J.
Pennell and wif e, for land v~.toh was acquired by said City Por the pm posed Municipal Air-
port, being 111 acres out of Survey No. 44, in the name of 0. V. Robinson and 34 acres of
land out of Survey No. 1921, in the name of W, M, Pruitt.

changed from the Lowrance School House to the Mid-WayStore in the save pracinot, for the
convenience of the qualified voters in said Precinct No. 10. And it appearing to the Court
that said change would bey`advantageous to the qualified voters of sgid Precinct. It is
therefore ordered by th9'COt~'t'that hereafter from this date on ell the elections to be held
in Bald Election Precinct No. 10 shall be held at the Mid-Way Store in said Precinat No. 10,
but that the boundaries of said Election Precinct No. 10 shall 1n no wise be (h anged or
