said statement is true end correct in every respect, same be and is hereby approved by the
Court.

N0. 2629. REDUCTION OF COUNTY ATTORNEY'S SAhARY,
This 12th day of May, A. D. 1942, it appearing to the Court that Jim Weatherby, County
Attorney of Kerr County, Texas, is in the Armed Forces of the United States, and that during
the time he was actively engaged itt the praatica of County Attorney he was. also employed to
collect the taxes on the delinquent tea rolls of Kerr County, and that during such time as hey
worked on the delinquent tax rolls his salary was increased from X30.00 per month to 880.00
per month. It further appearing that since the said County Attorney is unable to attend to
the collection of taxes on the delinquent tax rolls his salary should be reduced to the sum
oP X30.00 per month. It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said County Attorney's
salary shall be and the same is hereby ordered reduced to the sum of $30.00 per month, beginn-
ing May 1st, 1942, said sum to be paid out of the General Fund.

N0. 2630. MONTHLY ALLOWANCE OF X6.00 7'0 MRS. CREOORIA MANCHA.
This 12th day of biay, A. D. 1942, it is ordered by the Court that Mrs. Gregoria Mancha ,.
~be allowed the sum of X6.00 per month, for domestic purposes, to be paid to her out of the
General Fund, beginning May 12th, 1942, and a like sum of X6.00 on the 15th day of each and
every month thereafter until the further ordesa of this court.

N0. 2631. ALLOYANCE OF $45.00 TO KERRVILLE PUBLIC LIBRARY .FOR MAINTENANCE.
This 12th day of May, A. D. 1942, came on to be heard the application of the Kerrville
Public Library for its maintenance from July }.st, 194$ to Deaember 31st, 1942, in the monthly
sum of X7.50. And it appearing to the court that said Library is beneficial to the Oouiaunity
and that same should be kept in operation, provided that the City of Kerrville shall pay half
of the expanse. Zt is therefore ordered by the Court that the County Clerk issue voucher
drawn against the County Treasurer in the sum of X45.00 to be paid out of the General Fund,
and said sum shall be paid to the City for the purpose of maintenaxtoe of the Kerrville Public
Library for the period beginning July 1st, 1942 to December 31st, 1942.
