N0. 2629. REDUCTION OF COUNTY ATT'ORNEY'S SALARY.
This 12th day of May, A. D. 1942, it appearing to the Court that Jim Weatherby, County
Attorney of Kerr County, Texas, is in the Armed Foroas of the United States, and that during
the time he was actively engaged in the pr actica of County Attorney he was also employed to
oollect the texas on the delinquent tax rolls of Kerr County, and that during such time as he
iworked on the delinquent tea rolls his salary was increased from $30.00 per month to #80.00
per month. It further appearing that since the said County Attorney is unable to attend to•
the collection of texas on the delinquent tax rolls hIa salary should be reduced to the sum
of $30.00 per month. It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said County Attorneys
(salary shall be and the same is hereby ordered reduced to the sum of $30.00 per month, beginn-
ling May let, 1942, said sum to be paid out of the General Fund.

be allowed the sum of $6.00 per month, for domestic purposes, to be paid to her out of the
General Fund, beginning May 12th, 1942, and a like sum or $6.00 on the 15th day oP each and
revery month thereafter until the further orders of this court.

N0. 2631. ALLOWANCE OF $45.00 TO KERRPILLE PUBLIC LIBRARY.FOR MAINTENANCE.
This 12th day of May, A. D. 1942, came on to be heard the applioation oP the Kerrville
Public Library for its maintenanoe from duly 1.st, 1942 to Deo~ber 31st, 1942, in the monthly
sum of $7.80. And it appearing to the court that said Library is benafioial to the patimunity
and that same should be kept in operation, provided that the City of Kerrville shall pay halt
of the expense. Zt is therefore ordered by the Court that the County Clerk issue vouoher
drawn against the County Treasurer in the sum of $45.00 to be paid out of the General Fund,
and said sum shall be paid to the City for the purpose of maintenance of the Kerrville Publio
Library for the period beginning July 1st, 1942 to December 31st, 1942.
