This 8th day of June, A. D. 1942, came on to be examined by the Court the monthly saps
report of Jno. R. Leavell, County Clerk, for the month of May, 1942, showing an actual and
necessary expense of 204.15 ino ur red by him in the oonduot of his office during the said
month of May, 1942, and 1t appearing to the Court that said County Clerk is entitled to the
expenditure of all the items ther6ln listed, said report be and is hereby approved for its
full amount by the Court.
