and acco ante filed against Kerr County end its respective Commissioners' precincts ai nce the
last team of the Court, ell of which olalma and accounts were approved by the Court for pay-
ment by the County Clerk in ®ounta and out of respective funds ea shown by the Minutes of
Accounts allowed for Kerr County, Texas, wh ioh are made a part of this order.

This 8th day oP June, A. D. 1942, came on to be exam fined by the Court the monthly ezpo
report of Jno. R. Leavell, County Clerk, for the month oP May, 1942, showing an aotual and
necessary expense of X204.15 incurred by him in the conduct of his off lce during the Bald
month of May, 1942, and it appearing to the Cour-t that said County Clerk is entitled to the
eapenditura of all the items the r8in listed, said report be and is hereby approved for its
full amount by the Court.
