This 8th day of June, 1942, the County Treasurer of Kerr County be and he is hereby
authorized and directed by the Court to transfer the sum of X595.58 from the Road & Bridge
Fund oP Precinct No. 2 to Kerr County Road & Bridge Warrants of 1936, for the purpose of tak-
ing oars of the principal and interest due and now owing on said Bond Issue. And the County
Clerk shell oharge said R. & B. No. 2 Fund with said X595,58 so transferred on the books of

AND APPOINT OF NSTICE TO FILL THE UNL~'6PIRED TERM OF SAID OFFICE.
On this 15th day of Juna, A. D. 1942, it appearing to the Court that the office of Jus-
tics of the Peace 0f Preainet No. Two (2) of Kerr County, Teaas, should be declared vacant en.
